• Account info: name, email, phone, company, role.
• Driver and fleet info: driver documents, licenses, vehicle and compliance records.
• Load and business data: loads, bids, rates, shippers, invoices, emails and load-board data your company connects.
• Precise location of drivers while they use the app for load tracking.
• Messages and call logs within the app.
• Device and usage data: app version, crash and diagnostic logs.

We use this information to provide the TMS service (dispatch, tracking, billing, compliance, HR), to communicate with users, to send notifications, to keep the service secure, and to improve the app.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We share information only with your company's authorized users, with service providers that host and operate the app (cloud hosting, email, telephony, payment/accounting integrations your company enables), or when required by law.

Location is collected only to track active loads. Drivers can disable location permission in their device settings, which limits tracking features.

Data is kept while the company account is active and is deleted or anonymized on request or after the account is closed, unless the law requires keeping it.

You can access, correct or delete your data by contacting your company administrator or info@myadcsgroup.com. Account deletion can be requested in the app settings or by email.

Data is encrypted in transit and access is role-based.

The app is for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
